By using our website, you agree that all transactions will be governed by the terms listed below. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all clothing items including t-shirts, hoodies, and jackets in Pakistan.

Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.

Prices may change without prior notice due to fabric costs, production expenses, or seasonal demand.

Discounts, promotions, and sales are time-limited and cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed through secure payment channels.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations across Pakistan.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping details. Hz Designs is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information.

In case of suspicious activity, we reserve the right to cancel or hold any order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your city.

Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad usually receive orders within 3–4 days, while remote areas may take longer.

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order is dispatched.

HZ Designs is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Clothing items (t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, trousers, puffed jackets, and shirts) must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Discounted, sale, or clearance products are not eligible for return/refund.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours for replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, product designs, and branding associated with HZ Designs Pakistan are the intellectual property of the company.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
