However, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
If the order has not been dispatched, we will process a full refund of the payment (if prepaid) within 5–7 working days.
Orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) can also be cancelled within 12 hours without any charges.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers who refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery may face restrictions on future COD orders.
Shipping charges for dispatched orders are non-refundable.
3. Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider but usually take 5–10 business days.
4. HZ DESIGNS Right to Cancel Orders
HZ DESIGNS reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Stock unavailability of specific products (t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, trousers).
Technical errors in pricing or product details.
Suspicious, fraudulent, or bulk orders that do not comply with our purchase limits.
In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and full refunds will be processed for prepaid transactions.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to double-check their order details (size, color, quantity, shipping address) before checkout.
Incorrect details may cause order cancellation or delivery delays.
